July 8: Pre-transplant assessment (see separate schedule)

July 17: A.M. start 24hr urine collection. (to be returned on July 18^th).

July 18: 2:30pm. 14B, 14^th floor/admission.

July 19-20: Chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide).

July 21-23: Radiation 2x/day

July 23: Transplant
